I dont like it, but i dont do anything about it...

Tough sights… seeing a 5 year old ( hopefully I am not misjudging the age so much, but does it really matter if it was 5 , 7 or 9 ! ) learning how to peel a sugar cane, 10 times his size, with a knife just half his size in Madiwala market.

Seeing kids at people’s feet all the time, cleaning floor and tables, when their days should start with a prayer followed by education, the way it did for us.

Seeing beggars using them as a prop to collect more money for their masters..
O the list can go as long as one could think…

And tougher still to see… children with school bags equal to their own weights.. children committing suicides to become the best.. to be atleast counted so. And children loosing the value of small things in life…

So, to say, a dance in the rain is nowadays only seen as a thing to be avoided, lest the child misses a day at school.

How would change happen? Who would bring the change? Are we having that confidence that change would come through one day, and have we done our bit… Questions, but no answers.
